会社の現状や、今年お願いされている棟数、そして経費、さらに、どんな家づくりをしていきたいのか・・・
そして、そして、これからどんな会社になりたいのか・・・
皆で、話あいました。
あっと言う間の２時間でした。
これから、ひとつづつ、理想を現実にしていきたいと思います。
最後に、皆の前で、「もう弱音は、はかない。」と宣言しました。
そしたら、肩と背中のハリがなくなったのです。
ミーティングをしたら心身ともに穏やかになったのだと思います。(^^)
